Executive Coaching
Individual coaching offers executives, senior managers, successful professionals, a confidential space to enhance their leadership capabilities, explore and reflect on their: purpose, values, goals, challenges, options, opportunities and develop strategies to achieve a purpose consistent with their values and the organisation.
Coaching can assist professionals, managers, executives foster staff engagement, build stronger groups or teams, improve professional communication, increase self-confidence, create a positive can do values driven culture, enhance leadership skills, facilitate positive outcomes when implementing new policies, changes in practice, management, or strategic plans. Coaching leaders requires coaches to be strategic, resilient, flexible, positive, capable of letting you leverage your strengths to facilitate your discovery.
Change is now the norm in most organisations and leadership is required at all levels.
Executive coaching is offered on a sessional basis or six to twelve month contract. The approach selected is determined by the coachees immediate and future needs.
