Team Coaching

Team Coaching is similar to group coaching in that several people participate but it is undertaken with people who work together, in the same organisation. Team coaching can be undertaken to develop or clarify a vision or purpose, develop agreed strategies to achieve a shared purpose based on an agreed vision or goal. Values clarification, developing a shared vision, and reflecting on process, are central to Team Coaching.

Team Coaching programs can be developed to meet an organisation or groups specific needs for example to:

  • Resolve conflict
  • Introduce new work processes
  • Restructure work responsibilities
  • Develop care pathways which foster interdisciplinary practice
  • Develop strategies to promote inter-organisational collaboration
  • Explore and identify future directions and opportunities
  • Identify training and educational needs
