Counselling facilitates development of self- understanding and insights into specific problems, crises, or life circumstances, and assists you to take action, to make those changes you determine to be necessary. Counselling with Oasis Solutions draws on an eclectic range of talking interventions and techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Narrative, Resource, Focused Psychological Interventions, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Relaxation, and Mindfulness.
